1. Project Manager Marketing Department

Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing projects
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that projects are aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure that project stakeholders are informed of project status and any changes to project scope or schedule
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements
  • Facilitate project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Post graduate degree will be preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a project manager, preferably in marketing
  • 2+ years of experience working on Asana project management software
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skill
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and tactics

2. Sr. Graphic Designer

Responsibilities
  • Interpreting the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
  • Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research. Having a developed sense of design, a strong understanding of Brand Building, Packaging Design, and Design systems. Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Excellent ability to communicate design thinking and effective presentation skills
  • Organize and plan details for multiple projects and make timely and quick decisions to meet project deadlines
  • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs
  • Working with a wide range of media
  • Creating designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
  • Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
  • Developing interactive design
  • Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and website
  • Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style.
Qualification
  • 3 + years’  of design experience in a branding/design agency and working with international clients.
  • Updated skills on Illustrator, Photoshop and Corel, Canva & Figma. Like you got this covered with your eyes closed.
  • Prior experience in UI/UX design is a must.
  • A brilliant portfolio to showcase your above-mentioned skills.
  • An aesthetic sensibility and understanding of color type, illustration, photography, animation and print and layout techniques while designing projects.
  • An ability to understand overall client briefs and contribute ideas as well as design artwork.
  • Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches
  • Creative thinking to interpret client business needs and develop concept notes for the final design.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in all key creative software programs – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote
  • The ability to manage a team of designers

3. Art Director

Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear and compelling creative vision for a project or campaign, taking into account the client’s goals and target audience.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers, and other creative professionals to bring the artistic vision to life. This includes providing guidance, feedback, and direction to team members.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and other team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and ideas that effectively convey the desired message or story.
  • Oversee the creation of visual elements, including graphics, illustrations, photography, and layouts, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with the creative direction.
  • Maintain and enhance brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in design elements across all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs, present creative concepts and ideas, and incorporate feedback into the project’s creative direction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative design techniques to bring fresh and relevant ideas to projects.
  • Keep projects on schedule, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
Qualification
  • 5+ years of design experience in a branding/design agency is a must.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience of closely working with US clients is a must.
  • Strong artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for design, layout, and visual aesthetics. Should be backed by a robust portfolio.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills to guide and inspire creative teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate and present creative ideas to clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and design applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc. Prior experience in UI/UX design is a must.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as graphic design, fine arts.
  • The ability to adapt to changing project requirements, client feedback, and evolving industry trends is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address creative challenges and find innovative solutions

6. Sr. Manager - Digital Marketing

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and other digital channels, to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment while ensuring that the team meets performance goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting strategies accordingly for optimal results.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different channels and campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Generate regular reports and insights to guide decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Lead SEO and SEM efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and managing paid advertising campaigns to increase organic traffic and conversions.
Qualification

5. e-Commerce Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Integrating seller content to the Amazon platform using standard item creation templates, working with Business Teams across the world.
  • Integrating external content to the Amazon websites using Amazon internal content creation templates.
  • Knowledge of working on e-commerce accounts in the US marketplace
  • Understanding of marketplaces like Target, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Wayfair, Rangeme, Lowes, Macys, Overstock and so on.
  • Correcting and enhancing existing content of products that have high visibility on the Amazon website but show poor content.
  • Working with sellers to gather requirements and helping to build the tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which sellers integrate with Amazon.
  • Working with the On-boarding team to gather knowledge in tools used for complex integration and support them to implement the integration.
  • Review your Amazon Store Page,Optimize Sales,Create Reporting, Manage FBA Shipments,
  • Amazon Health Management, Activate Stranded Skus, Feedback Review, Pricing/Managing Listings, Amazon Inventory Management, Order Processing, Ticket Management
Qualification
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications is a must
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required.
